3/9/10 Game Results:
The Lady Panther soccer team lost to Timberview 0-2. The girls are 7-1-1 in district; 14-6-2 overall.
The Panther soccer team defeated Timberview 6-2. Eric Haston opened the scoring on a free kick that bent around the wall. Five other Panthers contributed to the scoring: Brian Bynum (Brett Hames assist), Brett Hames (Chase Robertson), Brian Robertson (unassisted), Preston Williams (Brett Hames ), and Austin Williams (Preston Williamson). The boys are 7-1-1 in district; 11-4-6 overall.

The Lady Panther soccer team defeated Legacy 2-0. Goals came from Kaitlin Bush and Callie Bishop (both assists to Tori Adame). Lindsey Sisco had the shutout. The girls are 7-0-1 in district; 14-5-2 overall.
The Panther soccer team defeated Legacy 1-0 on a Chase Robertson penalty kick. Alec Martinez and Craig Able split the shutout. The boys are 6-1-1 in district; 10-4-6 overall.

Tori Adame - Houston Baptist (Picture)
Tori is a speedy forward and midfield player for the MHS Soccer team. Her tireless work ethic has helped her spark the Lady Panther offense since her arrival as a junior.
Callie Bishop - University of Central Arkansas (Picture)
Callie is a quick and dynamic attacking player for the MHS Soccer team. Callie is a four-year varsity Lady Panther who contributes as both a midfielder and forward.
Alex Furr - Arkansas State University (Picture)
Alex is a four-year letterman and varsity starter for the MHS Soccer team. She has played all over the field for the Lady Panthers leading them to three district championships.
Lindsey Sisco - Middle Tennessee University (Picture)
Lindsey is a four-year varsity goalkeeper for the MHS Soccer team. She as been the anchor of a stingy Lady Panther defense.
Tess Voisard - University of Louisiana Lafayette (Picture)
Tess is another four-year varsity starter who is a constant scoring threat. She has a dynamic and athletic attacking presence for the Lady Panthers.
Midlothian is now a 5A School District

This morning the University Interscholastic League announced its district alignments for the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 school years. UIL governs most secondary extracurricular activities in Texas and assign classifications to schools based on the high school enrollment. During the October snapshot date, Midlothian High School had 2,215 students. The cut-off to be considered a 5A school district is 2,065+ students. Therefore, MISD is now a 5A school district. More
