A resolution is an agreement or decision made by the directors or members of a company or Board. When a resolution is passed by a majority vote the Board is bound by the resolution.
With this understanding, the School Board of Midlothian ISD regularly adopts resolutions at their monthly meetings in various recognitions, commemorations and acknowledgements. Many of these resolutions are associated with various state, national and even international events and remembrances that occur on an annual basis. These resolutions are posted here after being formerly adopted by the School Board.
