Steve Keasler
Midlothian ISD Director of Athletics
Steve Keasler is currenlty in his fourth year as Director of Athletics for Midlothian ISD. Prior to Midlothian, Coach Keasler was the assistant men's golf coach at the University of Texas at Austin from 2003 to 2008. Throughout his professional career he has successfully coached in various capacities in Callisburg ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, and Southlake Carroll ISD, where his teams earned numerous district and state titles.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health at East Texas State University and a Master of Science Administration degree at Texas Christian University.
Coach Keasler and his wife, Wendye, have two children Hogan, age 13, and Kaylee, age 10.
"Serving as the Director of Athletics for the Midlothian ISD is a tremendous opportunity to be part of an upcoming athletic program in a fast growing community. I can sense that parents support their kids in a big way, which is truly a team effort. I look forward to leading an extracurricular program that will enhance the overall learning experience in the District."
