History
of L.A. Mills Administration
The L.A. Mills Building began as an elementary school
in 1963. After a decade an expansion was needed due to the increase of
young children. From 1997 to December 1999, 9th and 10th grade students
called L.A. Mills home. In early 2000, a six-month renovation transformed
the facility to what it is today, the L.A. Mills Administration Complex.
It has also been used for district voting, school board
meetings, teacher orientation and training, advance classes for high school
students and community immunizations.
