The Midlothian ISD Communications Department facilitates communication between the district and its internal and external public. Some examples include: School Board Relations, Media Relations, Employee/Community Newsletters, District Publications, Community Relations, Education Foundation, Public Information Requests, Special & Academic Recognition, Special Events & Projects and relay information to the district webmaster.

Public Information Requests
All requests for public information should be submitted to the MISD Communications Department. This procedure allows the District to accurately document the date each request is received and respond to the requestor promptly. Media Relations

Publications

Midlothian ISD E-News
Community members and parents can receive the latest district news, events, school board briefs, urgent news and press releases via email. MISD E-news is a free e-mail listserv that provides current and accurate information published by the Communications Department. This e-mail will be sent to those who request to be added to the list.
