Parent Access Portal to PowerSchool

It is now possible for parents to create their own login and password for access into PowerSchool. All that is required is the child's original login and password. A letter will be coming home soon if the login information is forgotten, lost or inaccessible. Features now include a single login that will allow parents to view all children from one account. To create your new PowerSchool account, download and follow the detailed instructions or follow the quick steps below.

Quick Steps To Creating A New PowerSchool Login

Visit PowerSchool Online
Click on Create Account button in the Create An Account section
Fill in the empty boxes

Enter an Email address (Note: The email address MUST be unique. If Parent/Guardians share the same email address, you should only set up one parent access account.)

User Name - (No punctuation or email addresses and at least 6 characters)

Password - (No punctuation or email addresses and at least 6 characters)

Enter the name of each student you wish to link to.

Enter the Access ID and Password for each student. (Note: Access ID and Password is the parents previous PowerSchool username and password. Be sure to enter capital letters as the login is case sensitive.)

Under the Relationship drop-down menu, please select the appropriate relation your child is to you (i.e., Son, Daughter).

Click Enter to submit account registration

After successfully creating the account and logging in with your new username and password, a series of tabs are listed under the PowerSchool logo listing your student family members. Select the appropriate name to change the page to that student’s information.

If Parent/Guardians share the same account, ONLY ONE Parent/Guardian may access the account at a time. Questions regarding PowerSchool can be directed to the child's campus.
