PrintRobin Bullock Named Principal for Midlothian Middle School, now known as Frank Seale Middle School.

On November 18th, the Board announced the appointment of Robin Bullock as the new principal for the existing Midlothian Middle School now renamed Frank Seale Middle School. Bullock, who is the current principal at Mt. Peak Elementary School, will assume the principal role effective January 3, 2005.

Brian Blackwell, current MMS principal, was appointed principal for the New Middle School (now Walnut Grove Middle School), which is scheduled to open August 2005.

She began her teaching career in 1995 at Red Oak ISD as a 7th grade reading teacher and later moved to Alabama where she taught gifted and talented and language arts for three years. She taught 7th grade language for one year in both Duncanville ISD and Midlothian ISD. Bullock has also served as an assistant principal at Midlothian Middle School during 2001-2003.

Robin Bullock states, "I have been fortunate to be able to spend time at Mt. Peak and learn so much from the great staff there. I am excited, however, to return to the middle school and work with an outstanding staff to help continue the tradition of success that has been established there over the years."

The job posting for the Mt. Peak Elementary principal will be posted internally. The new principal will be announced before winter break, assuming in his/her duties in January 2005. After Bullock returns from maternity leave in mid-February, she will begin her duties at Frank Seale Middle School.
