The Varsity Baseball tem hosted the Duncanville Panthers on Tuesday looking to even their district record at 1-1. Looking for a win, the Panthers sent Bradley Younts to the mound. Younts answered the call and pitched a gem. Brad held Duncanville to no hits while going 7 complete innings, striking out 4 and walking only one. The Panther bats came to life as Alec Humphreys and Matthew Young led the way banging out 4 doubles between the two of them. Timely hits led to the Panthers putting 4 runs on the scoreboard behind 7 hits. The win improves the Panthers record to 1-1 in
District 5A play. The Panthers will travel to Mansfield on Friday to take on the Legacy Broncos.
