The Varsity Baseball team travelled to Mansfield last night to take on the Timberview Wolves. The Panthers jumped out t an early 5-0 lead taking advantage of an error and a big 2 RBI single by Daniel Rushing. Brad Younts held the Wolves in check for 2 innings before allowing 3 runs on errors in the 3rd. The Panthers added a run on a big RBI by Bryan DuPont, scoring AlecHumphreys. In the bottom of the 6th, the Wolves battled back, but an excellent throw from Connor Roberts to Colton Clanton slammed the door on the Wolves. The win improved the Panthers record to 2-4 in district play. The Panthers will host the Mansfield Tigers on Friday.
